Warranty Coverage

  • We provide 2–5 years warranty depending on the brand and model.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and movement issues.
  • Warranty service includes repair or replacement of defective parts.

This Warranty won't be claimable if:

  • Physical damage (drops, impacts, broken glass, scratches)
  • Water damage (unless the watch is specifically water-resistant and used properly)
  • Normal wear and tear (strap, battery, color fading, etc.)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Warranty Claim Process

  • Customers must provide a valid warranty card or proof of purchase.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition.
  • Warranty claims are processed within a reasonable timeframe after inspection.

Service & Support

  • Warranty service is provided through our authorized service partners or brand service centers.
  • In some cases, products may need to be sent to our overseas warehouse for servicing.

Important Notes

  • Warranty is applicable only to the original buyer.
  • Delivery charges (if applicable) for warranty service may need to be covered by the customer.
  • For pre-order items, warranty starts from the date of delivery.
